Research fields The main fields of interest of the group are: philosophical logic (in particular application of formal methods in philosophy) and logical semiotics. The following subjects are of central interest for the group:
- non-classical logics (adaptive logics, epistemic logics, modal logics, temporal logics);
- mereology, pointless geometries, pointless topology;
- algebraic logics (equational logics, quantum logics);
- defeasible reasoning, linguistic logic, cognitive logic;
- Leśniewski's logical systems;
- ontological arguments.
